Does DebtTrack file my documents?

DebtTrack does an amazing job of organizing and automating your legal collection process, but the documents must be filed in-person or per your local court instructions and legal codes.

What types of filing documents can DebtTrack create?

DebtTrack can dynamically create all of the documents for a standard Warrant in Debt to Garnishment to Satisfaction process. Each jurisdiction has various rules and procedures; however, our team is here to help make sure DebtTrack meets your needs. Types of documents, these vary by State and Jurisdiction:
